For hosts
- Full name, email, phone number
- Property address and listing information

- Smart Lock installation details (if applicable)
For guests
Guests are not required to create an account. Before confirming a booking, guests provide:
- Full name, email, phone number
- Booking details (dates, property, preferences)
What we never collect
- Government-issued identification or passport copies
- Full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes
- Bank login credentials
- Audio or video from inside the property
Payment information
All payments are processed directly by our integrated bank or authorized third-party payment provider. We may receive limited payment-related information such as transaction confirmation, payment status, the last four digits of a card, and payout confirmation.
Usage information
We automatically collect IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited, and interaction with booking features.
Smart Lock data (if enabled)
For properties using Smart Lock integration, we may collect access timestamps, entry logs, and device status — used solely for property access management and operational security.
